1. Are you insured?
Yes, Certified Home Nursing Solutions LLC is fully insured and carries a crime bond to ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff.
2. How are your caregivers screened and selected?
Our caregivers undergo a rigorous two-step interview process. We verify all personal and professional references (minimum of two each) and require a satisfactory State/Federal background check. Additionally, all staff must provide medical history, TB testing, and certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
3. Who pays for home care services?
Our services are primarily reimbursed through Private Pay. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. Certified Home Nursing Solutions LLC also works with most Long-Term Care and health insurance providers, workers’ compensation, and the Veteran Choice Program.
4. Are you licensed?
Yes, we are licensed as a Residential Service Agency Level 3 and a Healthcare Staffing Agency.
5. What type of training do your homemaker/companions complete?

All staff complete six mandatory in-service trainings and must hold a CNA, GNA, or have completed a Core Caregivers Course and Personal Care Aide Course before working with any client.

We are a full training center offering specialty certifications, including:

Homemakers/Companions are required to obtain their certification within 30 days of client assignment. During the matching process, we ensure the most qualified staff member is assigned.
6. How soon can services start for my loved one?
We respond to calls immediately. Our Director of Nursing (DON) can visit within 24 hours to assess client eligibility. Once the care plan is established, a Homemaker/Companion or Skilled Nurse can begin as soon as the next day.
7. Are you a franchise?
No, we are not franchised. We are supported by a large team of professionals, including 21st Century Health Care Consultants, who provide ongoing training, and our partnership with the Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCED) ensures our Homemaker/Companions receive top-notch education.
